Actual boost does not track desired boost over a range of conditions on 6.7 Powerstroke.
What it means
The PCM compares commanded boost to measured boost and finds a mismatch across operating conditions.1

- VGT vane sticking from soot — VGT mechanism sticks, causing boost to deviate from target.1
